The 2007 AFVISA annual conference is scheduled
for the Radisson Penn Harris Hotel and Conference Center Camp Hill, PA from
May 16 through May 18, 2007. Rooms will be available from May 15 through May
19 @ $70/ night excluding taxes. A tax exemption certificate will be
submitted to the hotel exempting attendees from local occupancy taxes.
Participants must state that they are with the AFVISA group to receive the
$70 rate and the tax exemption. Rooms must be reserved by April 15, 2007. In
that the conference room rate is based on 30 attendees, I would recommend
that all attendees reserve as soon as you are able, so that the $70 room
rate and a room are obtained. Local phone number is 717-763-7117 as listed
on the website. Please note that attendees who fly to Harrisburg
International Airport will in many cases not be able to book a direct
flight. Flights are substantially cheaper to Baltimore, Philadelphia, and DC
airports, but will involve a 1-1/2hour trip from the former and at least two
hours from the latter two via ground transportation. The hotel does provide
a free shuttle for the Harrisburg airport on a "will call" basis. Please
